Hi can you please check and fix this? I can read product info but, when i try to change product code, nothing happens, product code remains the same as before i try to change. I need this to avoid customers to change language to default phone region if they update their phones @home using NSU or OVI.

what is your mxkey version?
currently 3.5rev1.2 and synced.

- post buscheck logs.

Sorry for late answer, i will check and read pm`s tomorrow when i will be back at work. What i knows latest symbian based phones which are capable to update to Symbian Anna are not able to change product code with any tool available on market. I brought HTI interface, but still not possible. Phone stops respond when i press write new product code under service options.

It will be very helpfull for me and i things also for many of us who brought new Nokia phones from another regions. You will be "WORLD FIRST".

PS: I am using latest regular version of MX-KEY softvare avaiable, ofcoure. 3.5 rev 1.5 now.
