Mx Box - access violation at address 101c0e47 (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

I cant start Nokia.exe software. This problem started even before I bought HTI Box.
When I choose to run the Nokia software, I get the error access violation at address 101c0e47

Pls any ideas ?

hi,
.delete mobileEx directory. reinstall our last version. do app sign.

I did this, but when its time to update everything went ok, but green light in HTI box keeps blinking endlessly.

Also the box doesnt detect the Mx-Key Smart Card. I have to put car in old Dongle. Is this correct?
And how do I get the box to update ok?

Your box is updated corectly. The problem is in the drivers in your computer. Completly unnistal old drivers and then install mobileex last version.

So what drivers do I search for, and is there a special way of uninstalling them?

Use add or remove programs from control panel. After that point for driver folder in the mx folder
