Is he listed in authorized reseller list ?

any body Have gsm forum who help me
when I want to flash a running set for not enough memory or another problem Its first time scan OK When Press flash button after some file erasing its show atached image and the set become dead. If I flashed the set to another person to market Its become ok please help me
I cannot attached my image so I write below which show mx key window

RX not responding please check cable/BSI/Pinout!

dear check your cable its cable problem and change.always use good cable gpg brand for good
