Mx-key issue with Winxp - GSM-Forum

pls friends i have being having problem trying to get mx-key 3.5ver 1.2 running on my winxp , once i install the program it will just say mx-key has encountered a problem and will close can any one help me solve this.

hi,
- put your rpl backup collection files to some where safe.
- delete C:\mobileEx
- reinstall 3.5rev1.2, do app sign.
- add to anti virus exclusion list

i have done this several times but the problem still persists , the most funny thing is the software will open to where u will sign before that problem with appear.
