MX-Key Logger Ate My Last 10 Credits! - GSM-Forum

Hi MX-Key Team!

It is really a surprise for me. I had 10 credits left. So thought to use it. Everything went fine but instead of giving me a RPL, server replied - Credits Left - 0 without RPL.

may be u forgot ? or some other your worker , staff using it ????
u can go in support area refer back the last credit used .

I check it in Support Area. My last IMEI, for which I was going to use it, is listed there.

But the problem is, after showing that my credit is 0, the process stopped and not received RPL file.

May be this is bug in MX-Key software so when credit is reached 0, logger will stop transaction with server, thus not receiving RPL.
