i formated my pc after it i install mxkey but in tab only dct3 show not show bb5 so i can't select bb5 phones

plz guide m

you have HTI BOX{MX BOX} NEW MXKEY WORK WITH HTI BOX

Bro. if you're using only Mxkey Dongle without HTI Box, then you can't use DCT4 & BB5 Generation. Have to Purchase HTI Box.

bro. i m using mxkey 3.5 rev 1.5 with hwk it's comes again because i formatted my pc.
i done this before 5 months by guidence a member on this forum some setting's prob.

anyone guide m because i forgate that solution

The Last Version to work with Dongle is V3.5 Rev1.3, after that closed.

bro,1st your mx key version is old new version 3.5 rev 2.1,not support mx key ufs box inteface
you purchase HTI BOX
solve your problem

15. UFS and POTATO (known as old JAF) are no more supported interfaces in MobileEx software.
We have our own interface MXBOX/HTI and we give support only for this.
Posting problems with UFS and POTATO (JAF) interfaces are no more welcome in this forum.
