mx key problem - phone not responding


i am using mobile ex version 3.3 rev1.x when i connect the phone and i press scan i get a message which says phone not responding.when i press nokia service tool from module option i get a message which says items market is empty please select the correct path
im not having good time with this dongle. anybody please help to resolve.

just a quick note! using new UFS cable which i used with JAF previously. and also ive tried 5-6 phones. drivers are correctly installed.
on JAF box i see blue LED blinking which means JAF box is communicating with phone....

thanks for the reply mobile ex team. but let me tell you that i have brand new cables and i have already tested mx key with 5-6 working fones. i am having problem with mx key. please help me to troubleshoot.
What cable you recommend to use? i used UFS cables which i used before with JAF's pKey.

thanks and need your support on urgent basis as it is effecting my business.

Same problem here, if i try to BUS CHECK, he read some data, but faild after Bluetoth ID.....

helpp please

No there is bug in New version

I myself tried to flash 3110c and 6680 in both flashing . there was problem..

i use UFS and trying to flash.. 6680 when files selected and press button flash. its just showing flash completed and nothing erase and write.. and last shown information ..

and today. when i tried to flash 3110 its erase completely then while writing its shown error.. and when i tried to flash with usb same thing..

same set with same cable i sucssfully flashed with jaf..

plz MX team try to fix this problem soon.. And if this is due to UFS error.. then plz launch new hardware interfence so we can flash easily with MX Key.. because i am very very happy with MX Key... i Love this tool.. and i dont want to use other tool...

power on option i just tried again. the problem is same. please resolve the issue we are loosing our business. i even cant scan the phone.
when i attach UFS cable with the JAF box it goes in local mode and then i press scan button, after 5-6 seconds it shows "phone not responding"

try update your software with last version

thanks. there was a bug in the last version of mobile ex. now its fixed. thanks again.
