mx-key stop working on wimdows7 32bit (ANSWERED)

hi i had mx-key for a long time and i was using it on windows7 all the time.

one day came to work try to use it but it not working any more.

error
1. yellow light on dangle flashing
2. MobileEx 3.4 plication not detecting dangle.
2. in device manager it would show smart card not install, but even when i install the drivers the plication still not detecting the dangle.
3. i uninstall the card/plication and reinstall but same problem.

help.!!!!

please ignore this unrecognized smart card device for now.
suspect is your card: try to use another computer just to check it if it still working.
- open the card, clean up, check for loose contact between the card and the reader.

i solved this problem. well i found a way that will stop you from getting this problem.

1. my card is good. try it on other computer and its working
2. its working on Xp too

i did some investigation and i have found out that when you update your windows7 and the new service pack is installed on your computer your smart card will not work in this new service pack.

so this is what i did.
1. i reinstall windows7 32bit.
2. do not let your computer update automatically.
3. when ever you need an update do it manually but do not install windows service pack .

my mxkey is working 1000000000%%%%%%% now.

Reinstall windows if U want to have mxkey working when other boxes works well?I have security dongle not detected problem after putting 6970 on 1 pc and I shall not reinstall windows for sure Ill use MT box shell its win7 64 installed
