Hi

I install windows many time my problem is this when I open my mxbox it's open very late.I think it's windows problem but I install windows many time with different CDs but problem same.

hi just upgrade from xp to windows 7 .ur problem wil solve ok

also check your usb port for possible fault, must be usb2.0

bro. just check for your RAM or change with higher size, some time bcaus of many software installed pc goes slow or if your RAM size is less than 100000000% mxkey will run or open very slow as there are many supported softwares are there inside MXKEY after this latest to update release...........

Intel Core2duo 2.6 gb ram 2gb.

bro. now it is impossible but do 1 thing, just update smart card driver from device manager & if not than check your pc if the fan near processor ic alluminium heatsink is working or faulty, as it happens some time, so your problem may be solve or contact for pc hardware, may be your processor ic must be over heating...........

Did you clean dust from cpu fan and graphic card?

But all other software working perfect only this software opeing very slow

bro. if you are having mxkey dongle than connect it & open mx software, if its open perfectly than may be box problem & if its open like the same you mention than do as i told you in the last post, have a good day........

disconnect your internet connection

then try, open mobileEx..

I faced that kind of problem also,

everytime I open mobileEx, I just disconnect first my net connection

- correct way about "hard to open when internet is on" :
1. disable "check update daily" from option.
2. disable "notify latest firmware" on nokia config.
