You must check :
- USB PC/LAPTOP do you use
- USB Cable connection
- Box Interface ( JAF / UFS )

- ı use deskop pc
-check and change cable but not solved
- ı use ufs not problem work but same problem

all he need is jut a good quality usb cable.

can be found on gpg products, usb A-B with power adapter.

buy a best quality cable because some bad quality cables can not send proper power so you are getting that problem
or
this problem also face when we are using long wire.

just used good quality cable..... it was happen to me b4. but when id change the cable with good quality. it works properly..........

bro cable problem im also face same prob like this usb power low in Laptop but in desktop pc working fine thn i change USB cable problem solved

if software can identify dongle id ,there is not dead .
kindly check your PC / LAPTOP or USB cable
