dear boss, may be somthing wrong in MX BOX, not cool, not comfortable. have some bugs in any new box, it's truth. it's not mention, it's not permanent problem. we hope finding all kind of problem. and solve as soon as possible.

1st, box connection.

* major time not visible HTI INTERFACE.
**problem is sometimes connected but major time not connected.
*** box connected but suddenly hangup. nothing else. totaly freez.
*** at this moment if disconnected box from pc, message " reconnect again " yes button not work. i mean, box not reconnect.

i installed box dated on 15.05.2011 but still now can't work with HTI BOX.
after start work then reply other's problem if persist.

we are not worried, not hopeless, not bleam to mxteam, we just wait, and request to MX TEAM, please reply where's our fault to connection to box. it's box bugs or our fault ? reply please.

2nd, we are really proud for that we are now belong's to own interfac named MXBOX HTI. thanks to all.

It is almost certanly a drivers problem.
you should try to install the whole thing (3.5 version 00) using the 35. 03 to upgrade hti before start to work with it.

it takes like 10sec before it is totally recognized by pc, you plug it in, it will begin some green light flashing, then the red, then the green again.... after it stops, you can open the program and will see the authenticating software message window.

remember to update it using the latest release.

I got it yesterday... it is faster on some functions (scan, selftest) havent done extensive tests, but it is standalone for all nokia functions... do not know why still ask for the credits to be converted. I am not going to risk loosing the ability to use it for BB... so I allways say to keep credits as they are (100 bb5, 100 dct4)

I still have a question: can it be blocked remotely too? if it get stolen, can it be disable?

br hugmax, i use last one year, no problem. but mxbox i face the problem. i using all latest version always. br, which cable u using ? i using NOKIA USB DATA CABLE= DKE 2.

its not problem my friend, once connected donot open mx box wait until inside light blink. wait 2 mints then open mxbox ur problem solved
