mxbox/mxkey (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

hi all can anyone help have mxkey and hti box if i connect mxkey to pc all works but if i connect hti box with my mxkey card it does not work getting no security dongle found have tried unistalling mxkey and rebooting have deleted drivers cache from system32 was working up till yesterday tried turning anti virus off this is the error message from device manager This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) i am running winxp service pack 3 i have z3x box universal box and ufs box pc spec is p4 processor 1g ram

bro just change mini usb cable.. i also had the same problem....change it to original one..normal cable doesnt work......

i also experience this problem when i use winxp sp3, so i had no choice but to get back on win xp sp2.

although all drivers are properly installed on device manager still problem occurs

i think its driver conflict. mxkey team should look on this matter
