Mxkey and Mxbox problem ???


I have a big problems with my Mxkey and Mxbox on a PC XPPRO pack3 does not open see attached message and two pc with XPPRO pack 2 and win7 they work normally
They are well recognized by the PC see pictures attached

Add MobileEx folder to Exception list of Antivirus,

Uninstall mxkey & Delete MobileEx folder manually,

Re-Install Mxkey Application,

Check & reply.

I did all my friends, I stopped the antis virus, I uninstalled and I deleted the folder MOBILEX and I installed it again, but I still have the same problem, I think this is a problem with XPPRO ps3 , because XPPRO sp2 operating normally

Use original windows cd. Many source that spread on internet are modified.

ps.
Why don't you migrating to win7, instead of XP? It will be better for you.
