dear mxkey team yesterday may mxkey orange was dead no light and no response when i put it in my lapto any solution there hope you a a solution on this problem were buying box but instant not working anymore

Your box is in warranty, your reseller should exchange for you and send us back the faulty one, we will change for him with a new one.
