MXKEY ver 3.4 rev 1.6 Showing error. How to solv

Hello to Mr. Product supporter.

I am Using 3.4 rev 1.6.

When I click to BUS CHECK in BB5 it allays showing error.

But in MXKEY 3.4 rev 1.5 it is OK. 1.5 is nor showing any error.

I want to use 3.4 rev 1.6 , how it will be possible .

first uninstall your mobileEx.
open registry Editor
start-run-type regedit hit enter.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SOFTWARE-mobileEx click mouse right button and delete.

remove ROCKEY200 DRIVER,go-C drive and delete mobileEx folder reboot your pc.

install mobileEx,install ROCKEY200 driver,open mobileEx and sing application.

1.Start->Control panel-> Windows Firewall -> Turn off.
2. Turn smart firewall or resident shield in antivirus


Your problem will be solved.

But same problem. When I install 1.5 it is OK.
Then why 1.6 giving error in bb5. in dc4 section it is OK.

in config change to loader 8.xxxx or 9.xxx.

remove from CP than reinstall both mail soft and driver

if not work u can change to try with ur interface hope u will done

DELETE the FOLDER MOBILE EX,,,

INSTALL agin the 1.6,,,

SIGN-APP,,,

DONE,,

Man here is your solution, reinstall 3.4 v1.5 & restart pc then install 3.4 v1.6 but when installing this version untick nokia cable driver in the setup & after installation process finishes again restart your pc. please look carefully what i have marked in blue font.

I have gone through all the steps. But no sucess.

In my case i.5 is 100% working.
I need some advice from product supporter to solv my problem.

Thank you All to senior members.

I just overcome from my problem.

I just change flash loader pack 10.32.000.1 to 09.50.25.2



Now I can use BUS CHECK option clearly like 3.4 rev 1.5.


MX KEY team you are rocking. We all love MX KEY .
Wish more BOMB update like BB5 RPL service from you.
