ask reseller for more information... if the reseller refuse to exchange it, u know what to do... mxteam will ban the reseller like ipmart, no worries...

i have 2 box faulty, i checked with opt id.
my reseller comletefone.com dont know anything about it,

i purchased 2 boxes on 13/10/2011
