Thumbs down My reseller told me It’s my fault my 2 HTI dies because I updated them, so he refused

So I asked my reseller to change my 2 HTI, he told me he will not change any HTI warranty, because it was my fault to updated them, his exact words in Spanish were: “did I told you to update them? No, so it is not my fault and I will not change any of your 2 HTI”

I asked him, how is his nick and e-mail as your reseller, and he not only, did not replies me anymore, he banned me from his msn messenger.

I know you will offer me the 15usd Boucher, but It’s not fair, that, reseller like him, told me It was my fault because I update the sw! (Or is he right? do the update damage my HTI? I don’t think so) then he banned me from his msn messenger. He lives near my city so, the exchange of the 2 HTI only could take 2 days and 4 usd for delivery (tops), is less than the 30usd I may spend with your gentle Boucher offer. You should make something with this type of bad resellers, that makes your product support looks bad.

My 2 HTI does not have the malfunction IC.
