n72 dead solution..............

Hi, i have got a handset nokia n72...it is dead condition...when i ask the customer how he faced this problem..then he told me automatic phon going off when he try to go menu..
i try it bus check, scan,flash with mx-ke ....then mx-ke show this log.

bro. already dead so select model & product>click flash, if same then loader not responding so may be hardware. check or change Tahvo & or Retu ics. have a good day.

bro. your error: HTI PLUS Flasher Interface disconnected, means possibility of Retu ic so give some heat to Rap ic & then after not solve change Retu ic, possibility in major cases.
