N96 can't power on, just nokia logo! - GSM-Forum

I have N96 that comes just to Nokia logo and doesn't power up.
I made all this steps:

- erase
- full flash
- Restore IMEI
- Full PM (without 1 & 309)
- SL RPL Repair
- SD Repair
- SD Authorization
- Write PM(1 &309)

After this it became with 'Security Test Failed'

I wrote RPL from this site without NPC and it repair the 'Security Test', but again the phone can't power on, just comes to Nokia Logo and turns off.
I repeated this procedure with older and newer firmware versions but everytime the same. I've repair few phones with this procedure succesfully, but this time the phone won't power on.

Some advice??

You do All things Brother, Try once more to flash with Highest version with same Product code.

re flash high version...if not ok than check hardware...............
