Phone is in contact service. Customer says that I started software update on gprs and in the middle it failed and phone is contact service. Imei is ok. I have backup rpl. I need to full erase this phone so I will be able to get this phone in local and test mode... I can not enter to local or test mode. I flashed many firmwares . Phone flashes ok but not done at end.
