Network Subsystem Is Unusable - GSM-Forum

Been trying for days to try and - Sign Application- and had various errors and card blocked etc ,and now with new v3.3.1.8 i keep getting error as in title ,anyone please help ,not been able to unlock 1 phone yet ,showed once yesterday a blackberry and connected ,but since then just this error and the sign application error when i start mobileex..

I made the mistake of installing 1.8... now I cannot use mxkey because I cannot sign the apps.
when is the network subsystem going to be usable?

it took me 2 days to be able to sign and activate... this is not funny

Hi

Ive still not been able to sign application after 3 days , now card is blocked also , this is certainly not funny..

any dongle serial please ?
lets me check if dongle blocked ( the reason ) .
