Dear supporter,

I bought a new max box with card but it does not connect.

Can you please give me a link , How to get started?
I tried to get in forum but could not found.

Dear mates,

After installing everything, when i start program Mobex 3.5 (rev1.5).

It gives error

Mxkey Team HTI Flasher interface (winusb) 0 .
The card is not responding to a reset.

And in software it says, No security dongle detected.

I have old Mxkey, i put the new card in my old Mxkey and it work.
HTI Mxbox also , works good, if i use old dongle in different usb port in my computer.
So, i think my new Mxbox does not read card good.

So, please tell me what to do to solve this problem.

Put your smart card into the normal usb stick connect to usb inlet and connect your mx box with the smart card to another usb port. As for the new update 3.5 rev 1.5, it appears it has problem with non original window o.s., so mxkey may be losing some customers soon if problem is not rectified now.

- change mini usb cable. use SUPER QUALITY.
- try to unplug, replug the USB cable. start mobileex only when it stop blinks.

make sure you have installed it correctly.
make sure your computer detect HTI device and card.

post any screen shot of it.
