No security dongle detected - GSM-Forum

please members,help i buy new HTI box but have failed to use it,i updated it but cannot detect card,i try all advice posted on this forum about this topic but all in vain, i put card in {PKEY} READER it reads card and make registration all okay, but when i insert HTI does not detect card, any help, thanks in advance.

uninstall previous set up and delete mobilex folder reboot pc.

now install again set up, pay attention to all drivers.

you may check drivers are proper installed on device manaer after installing.

also use winxp sp2 to avoid drivers conflict

Change your usb cable it will be work 100%

bro changed about 4 cables but couldnot make it.
