no brother its a software problem not a uem........i dont know process how to solve it. Thts y i m asking........its possible in cyclone box. Then y not in mx-key.

Hello If you write RPL ( not patch) Through MX KEY online logger & still set Switching off in 30 sec Then 100% it is UEM fault

hmmm if iam not mistaken all 1100 with imei with ??????????????? have damage UEM ,it shut off with in 30sec

it is 100 % uem problem

- reset data1, full erase: get addr, untick safe erase, reflash, dct4 online logger.

if problem still remains after dct4 ask-rpl, this indictaes that uem is damaged.

it is beyond economical repair

customer must pay also for your skill on removing glued chip, else you do it for free...
