most of 1280 set with drop damaged broken tack in pcb. many time cant repair like this set,

try remove cpu and flash ic see ball broken or not, if not reball and sloder both ic.

its problem was flash ic and full damaged .this flash ic re-hot and re-boll but same than change and ok but now imei problem.
can anybody tell now what can i do ?

Can you mention about from where you bought Flash IC ? is it new or remove from other PCB ?
