Nokia 2680s when open Radio its show radio off, I've already full erase full flash with v6.17 also PM and unlock,problem still same. Is it software problem or hardware? How can I solve it? plz

yes, 90% fm ic problem

on most case, radio chip is damaged. got cracked some how or damaged by moisture.
open the phone, take a look for it.
