nokia 2700c (rm-561) flashing error - GSM-Forum

i have recived nokia 2700c in dead condition from costomer.i cheqed with mx-key bus cheq. its show imei ...00000000000000.after that i flash with mx-key but after full flash its show error. ask phone not responding.plz help.thanxxx
