Nokia 5800 Phone Security Lock Removed But..? - GSM-Forum

Hello Mates,

One Nokia 5800 model phone came with SECURITY LOCK CODE showing on the LCD.

I unlocked it simply by clicking on the RESET ALL Tab i.e. FACTORY RESET.After doing this phone is unlcoked but it's not taking SIM CARD, straight going to offline mode first.No option to choose OFFLINE -< YES / NO.

Is this SOFTWARE or HARDWARE FAULT?

maybe the phone was insert sim card before...
that possibly you dnt notice lately.
before you do remove the security code...

andd now the security code/phone lock code was removed
you notice now the real situation of the phone...

i think its hard ware fault mate.................
