i had received a handset nokia 6030, problem was "phone restricted" i had flash,sp unlock update and restore imei and product data but no effect what should i do

Change with another new SIM. If the phone still showing "Phone Restricted" it may Hardware Problem.

The 6030 has three product code RM225 .. RM74 .. RM75 what you see behind the backpanel well as product code to put the firmware

after writing firmwre procidure.write pm unlock.
