I can not read simlock info is it locked or open..... when insert sim it shows sim error...

It's Meamo Based Phone & not possible to read SimLock at this moment,
Method not supported for Windows Phone7.

Phone is SimLocked,
Not Supported with any Tools at present,

Will be added in Future Update.
