Nokia 6500 classic imei corrupt after flashing - GSM-Forum

I have a problem after trying to upgrade 6500c RM-265 to V10.50 i got imei: 1223134164464?

I made backup before flash and try write RPL back into the phone but i get the following error:

Try restoring the backup manually... Also verify if you have made the backup properly as

The file u are trying to restore (RPL) is missing some data

missing NPC data in the RPL file, skipped.

How do i backup manually?

When i press scan i get:

please write free rpl by mxkey tested is good solution .

missing NPC data in the RPL file Probably contains your IMEI info so I think u need to have or acquire ur self RPL which is not available at the moment.

How do i write free RPL? Im really annoyed at this because i had ticked safe flash and just update firmware with mx-key now the phone is useless for me without rpl

hi,
please take a look at the phone back cover, see the imei.
then, go find the backup imei file for your phone, upload here.

let us see if everything ok.

How can i fix this?

i too face the same problem with same model 6500 classic imei corrupted after flash via usb i know no way without rpl that why i quite .......

your atch. is PM file.
can't converted to RPL NPC data.

are you have file with rpl extension ?
maybe BB5_35638102409025_backup.rpl or BB5_35638102409025_npc_rpl ??
