Nokia e71 can't connect on mxkey(ANSWERED)

same with me I have problem (mov009)
RM-411 just showing "nokia" trying to usb flashing useing mx key
log like here:

Open device failed: FFFFFFFF (4) The system cannot open the file
Bootstrap failed!

what this problem..../bugs....??? or what I must to do..???
need help....indentify with ufs by chek in software is "ok"
but cannot find on when I check on info tab....
