I don't know what is wrong but cable is ok. Previous sotware version was different and phone was flashed before without problems. But now can't flash.

add charger ad try again problem slove..for many phone need charger for f-bus flasihg.
ufc and ufc4 cable is prefect for flashing.

Restored the phone. Problem now is that when phone in local mode screen looks fine, but when change to normal and try to turn on the phone screen is white and goes black. How to fix it??

Phone turns on, screen works fine. Flashed the phone ok.
The only thing now is that get the message:
Phone couldn't start up
Contact your retailer!

What could it be?
Could it be the software cause it's to old?Or sth do to with imei?
