Hi all,

Is it possible to change imei for nokia X3 and E63? How do I go about it?

You can't change imei on BB5 phones..
Well there is one way, but at your own risk.. I have news some guy in Venezuela is desoldering EPROM form dead phones and resoldering in other pones.. As i know, imei info as another important values are stored on EPROM..

dear brothers as i know
the serial data are stored in two copies :
1: in cpu ( rap ) or uem in old phones
2- the other copy is stored in flash chip match the first copy
so it is not possible to change imei by changing the eprom . you need to change the couple flash and the cpu

My all brothers is going wrong way u cant change imei in BB5 models
after change uem or flash ram ur RPL is cruppted so just forget
change BB5 imei

yes possible bro. Change uem and flash get of other pfone x3.
All other solution impossible.

Pls somebody guide all in proper way wht i understood is if u can swap this two things from another phone is you are damaging the other phone mostly this two items are the critical items in a phone which all fails in either getting spare or any other.other things u might get the spare so normally i dnt think tht somebody will damage a working phone .

Better avoid doing illegal things, there are lots of other legal ways to earn good money.

not possible.in that case i give some exm.i have a nokia 3110c set it,s problel is restart in one minute.then i backup rpl from this phone by mxkey and then i change it,s flash ic from one 3110c phones which is good.then i write backup rpl by mxket.nw my phone is ok but my imei no is same as old.so imei change is impossible in BB5 phones.dear bro all is true.and i do such things in many 6300,3110c,3500 and many more.x3 uem must be changed cause it has no data it is just like N70 pm ic RETU or N73 pm ic avilma.

If u need to change imei u need to change procesor and flash ic , or uem and flash ic at old phones .

Also for change imei you can change mainboard.
