I HAVE ALSO SAME PROBLEM HERE IS LOG

you can trying repair supper dongle with nokia 6300 - 6131 no need rpl

backup rpl and pm

erase rpl and write pm modifiy without field 308 - 42

restore rpl then it ok

trying with mt-box is ok

you need full rpl from nokia server to repair your phone
