i have hti box orange, on last week of january my box dead no light so i buy another one, when i check with same card with my new hti, my iphone credit was missing, so i search here if how can recover may credit then i see this http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...-here-1605782/post here my old and new box to transfer the credit, after tranfer igot problem to my checker and sending job i never use my credit since then, while my CO TECHNICIAN can send their job without problem with their hti, they only get error in checking carrier, but in sending job it work to their hti box, while my hti box can't do it.
my new hti
HTI serial: 0100F3E9
you have 1470 HTI credits left.

i can't check carrier
i can't send job
