please Mr MANOLE help me to solve my probleme - GSM-Forum

i have instale '' mobileEx_setup_v3.3_rev1.6 '' in my computer ; when i finish instalation . iwill launch the programe ..... the programe not launched !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and i trie to reinstal it ....... same probleme ...
i instale it in 2 other pc same probleme .... !!!

where is the probleme Mr MANOLE . I HAVE WINDOWS XP SP2 AND good configuration ... u can help me to solve this probléme ???????

change antivirus use kaspersky 2009 or 2010 is perfect and compatible

i have kaspersky 07 and up to date .
