Hi, I have two 3110, one have no network after flash and one have contact service(security test failed)
I wrote PM after sx4( good pm from working fone)

looks like corrupted pm structure inside.
you can try backup rpl > advanced: get address , untick safe erase, select eeprom > do erase. restore rpl > sx4 > write pm.
