Problem installing hti box - GSM-Forum

I have problem with installing hti box on my win xp pack 2 pc. Please solve this problem; CANNOT START CODE (10) THERE WAS A PROBLEM. Help please.

f1st full remove mobile ex folder in drictery
and instal agein mxkey new update working fine

Thanks, shall uninstall the old directory and reinstall new update afresh.

I have completely uninstalled the former directory and reinstalled mxkey update 3.5 rev 1.5 and was able to update my hti box but unfortunately could not still see hti interface on my software to use to connect my phone. Rather the driver will start installing the hti box and finally stock displaying the following:

Cannot Start this Hardware. There was a problem installing this Hardware. HTI Flasher Interface (WinUSB). This device cannot start (Code10).

How do i solve this problem mxkey team?

it's simple problem
just change your USB cable.
