Regarding BB5 Product Code Question (ANSWERED)

Phone Type: RM-356 (Nokia 5800 XpressMusic)
SW Version: V ICPR72_10w25.4 23-02-11 RM-356 (c) Nokia
Imei plain: xxxxx
Product Code: 0570197
Battery voltage: 4433 mV, current: 198 mA
Language Pack:

When this product code coming out after bus check
does the product code means it is the original product code which is stated at the back of the phone ( imei sticker ) ?
Original Product code is the best match to flash with it ?

another questions is which hardware will makes this product code changed ?
is it FLASH IC ? ( this might be out of topic , just want to know )

hi,
you have to look deep into rpl file.
product code stored on some areas; npc, varian, ccc, hwc,
depends on phone type.

you can test your edited rpl by using 'BB5 certificate Validation' tool - unique by mxkey
