Salt.dic file, repeated values, what's going on?

Hi,
i have 6303c phone with supported HASH.
MXkey was calculating code for ~4,5days to give me message "no code found"...
so i looked into file salt.dic to see what is going on with this 'use dictionary' function. as i read on this forum, value of salt should be between 0 and 9999. so.. i copied content of this file to MS Excel, sorted ascending and i saw that there was missing MANY values of salts. but, many values were repeated 2-3 times. total number of salts is 10000. i made some script with my friend and there was missed 3651(!!) values of salts.

can someone explain me this? or maybe i don't know what 'salt' mean in this case, and that should be in salt.dic file.

This file is only for see how should look inside. You need do yourself if you want use it not random salt. Just this nothing more. Best do this file with only missing salt that you find and do calc again and 99% that you got code in 12-24h. bye
