Server hti too slow (ANSWERED)

but it is possible that the serveur de hti, and so slow?
18 hours already and that I sent the log file, and still nothing

bro. server is not slow, for unlock codes may take 4 hours to 4 days also & you have to be patient above this.

Yes, each time you upload the .sha file to process, you will lose your credits directly.
(have entered the phase of the transaction when uploading files. sha)
Not waiting the finished process to to cut credits, not mean credit lost after process finished.
you can explain to the customer requires a long process if you do not want to lose credit in vain.
