Hello every body,I downgraded Successfull Nokia SL3:5130,2700c,2730... with Mxbox Step and Step:
Example downgrade 5130 ver 7.97 to 5.95
1:Erase Full Flash with Mxbox(tick Erase Hole Flash)
2:Flash with version new:example 5130 ver 7.95
3:Write Backup:PM 120,308,NPC...
4 Success

Put here all steps pls, cause mabe someone need a tutorial step by step
0 ) Bus check
1) BACKUP!!! Full RPL, full PM 0-512
2) erase
3) flash
4) write RPL from backup
5)SD repair
6) write PM from backup
7) scan/bus check > success

Pls somebody correct me if I missed something

you are right, off course "write backups" for us, cause we know 1st rule=backup. But if I was at my 1st downgrade, following your steps maybe first I was full erase then.... searching for RPL. *** bless mxkey to put that rpl backup on buscheck

if you hold simlock backup and rap certificate (what so called with full rpl backup),
you can do what you want on all SL3 phones without any fear

notice, apply to all nokia phones:
some downgrade ends on dead phone due to limited firmware support.
i.e:
- firmware version 4 support ONLY intel flash chip
- firmware version 5 support both intel and samsung flash chip.
# if your board came with samsung flash chip, and you flash version 4 firmware, phone will be dead.

which version is version 4 or 5? for example: 5130 (rm-495) there are version 5.80, 6.65, 6.94, 7.91, 7.95, 7.96, 7.97.

Mr. Gbluez only give an example about firmware version.
like @specta's example on 5130. Probably on firmware v6.65 it only support intel chip, but on v7.96 it support intel and samsung chip.

again, how do we know if the firmware support for intel chip only or for both intel and samsung chip?

how do u know v.6.65 is firmware 4? and 7.96 is firmware 5?

any more clues bro? or we just guess, latest firmware is firmware 5

or there are more than just firmware 4, 5, but there are also 6, 7 etc?

now im confused...

yes bro. you are right & me too confused, we must learn about this, its one of the most important subject as many phones dies while downgrade. gluez must add some more information related to that as many users will get the benefit of it will not have to pay for the issue. so i request Mr. Gluez to please give some info.
