first of all you need to clean your device properties

1.start > programs > accessories > command prompt
2.on dos window type " set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 " without the quotation and then press ENTER
3. then type " start devmgmt.msc " (without the quotation) a window device manager will pop-up.
4. on the upper left tab of the box click " VIEW " and point to " show hidden files "..
5. after that scroll down on the box and expand all your usb smart card and uninstall all smart card driver in this way we can avoid driver conflict..
6. now we are done cleaning your drivers...

now we proceed to installing HTI drivers..

HTI interface driver can be found on your hard drive after installing version 3.4.2.0 ( C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\hti )

installing HTI usb smart card reader:

the rest i think you know how to manage now..
