Hello guys, please tell me how to transfer credits... I'm desperate and hopeless, nobody has a solution... Any help would be appreciated.

BTW I know it's not nice to say but I'm really sick of people telling me (and us) to "change the card".. it's not working.. who the heck found this piece of information? IT'S WRONG...
Anyway a "real solution" would be appreciated.

Simply post old and new serial number and I will transfer credits manually by myself.
