Unable to open mxkey (Answered) - GSM-Forum

I have downloaded the latest version(3.4 rev.1.2) of MXKEY.. but there is an error saying "Sorry, application was expired.Check for updates" i am new to nokia phones and wanted to Flash my N79. So also needed help in finding any tutorials for flashing through MXKEY

download 3.4 rev 1.4 and check your pc date and time.

use the latest version(3.4 rev.1.4)

or chenge back date of pc

i am having same problem.. double click mxkey icon.. it appears and flik in task-bar then automatically close

i hav latest version(3.4 rev.1.4) install / uninstall several times.. change time / date of computer..
\ may be this version having bugs

need urgent solution

REINSTALL Windows! Or try other PC! It will work..

insert your mxkey then open it. this happened to me

same problem friend.. but strange today i try with my lappy.. it works.. may be any windows system file block mxkey software... anti virus always desable.. but.. still facing problem

which version of windows are you using 32 or 64. 64 is a bit iffy

disable your firewall and anti virus and try again.

some time is driver collition,just make sure u hv onle mxkey pkey inserted and try.some time it happened to me if i remove jaf pkey it wl start working fine.thanks
