Let me clear this for you. Your card is not bought from gsmeasy.
Your card was in mxkey and only you know from where did you bought it,
later you bought HTI lite from gsmeasy.
Your HTI is ok, but your card is not.

Your card belong to cheater and theft reseler gsm-hands.
That's why is blocked.
