unlock nokia e71 with mxbox and resultat big problem - GSM-Forum

I tried to unlock a Nokia E71 this week with the MxBox and MxKey 3.5 Rev2.5 latest version and tested with the first phone mxbox.

And this is the big problem. The phone does not start at all, I get errors in masses with mxkey and I can not even access the phone via USB, it is detected then disappears in LOOPED in peripheral windows.

I wanted to try to flash with mxkey help but I can not seem to download any ROM with Nokia tools, I do not know why.
I found a rom on the internet but the files have the extension. Pcx. Fpsx .07 fpsx. Xml v29. G. C00. Dcp. Vpl. Bin. And miraculously it does not match anything with mxkey wants MCU PPM CNT ADSP APE v and APE u

Please have someone can help me?
