why not unlocked this rm-356 (5800d-1)??

i try to unlock but not sucess.

how to solved this problem?????
go to IMEI&Security select simlock option then tick lock to provider and do update splock it will be done, but try little later because server is down now.

It says right there that "This is SL3 phone(Simlock2 format)". Unlock not possible.

That root hash is not supported
