otp=one time programmable

if you have empty uem then write imei only in one time after programme you can't able to write.

btw if your phone have 30sec power off after rebuild imei/esn then you should change uem & reprogramme .

all phones like 3100 or 3105 or 6610i after I wrote rpl phone turn off after 30 sec

I did not have one of them work fine after write rpl

perhaps UEM is damaged...you must change UEM first then write RPL through mxkey
